How to cook polenta:
For every 250g of polenta, bring a litre of water almost to boiling, then add the polenta and keep stirring on a medium/low heat, until the reaching a creamy and thick consistency.
Perfect topped with oven roasted vegetables, porcini mushrooms and mozzarella.
Did you cook it a bit too much and do not know to do with the leftover? then try to slice it (it will be easy after a night in the fridge), then fry it or cook it in the oven until a crispy crust is formed then sprinkle with sugar or honey and serve it to your kids and friends!

Cellulose Plastic Free packaging is biodegradable, simply scrunch up to create air pockets and add to your home compost. It will take around 1-2 months to biodegrade. Or it can be added to general waste, it will break down into vegetable matter.
