Click and Collect with Real Plastic Free is easy

Choose from over 400 products packed in bio-film (cellulose) online and have your items available for collection from either of our Edinburgh stores. There is no charge for the service.

Let us know if you are bringing your own bag or would like the goods boxed.

Customers can choose to have the order available at either of Real Foods city centre shops. 

We will email you an order confirmation and keep you advised of the progress of your order. If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will send you an email with details, you can choose to cancel the out of stock item(s) and we will prepare it for collection the next day. Alternatively, if you are happy to wait, we will hold the order for up to 7 days to allow any outstanding items ordered to be included.

When it is available for collection we will confirm details of the chosen store address and opening times. Once your order is ready for collection, you have 28 days in which to collect your order, after which we will return any uncollected orders to our stock system. We reserve the right to retain a £5 administration fee for uncollected orders. We will send you reminder emails at 14 and 21 days.

When you receive an email notification that your order is ready to collect, please bring a copy of your email, either printed or displayed on your smartphone so that we can give you your order. Alternatively, we can accept proof of identity with your order number to collect it.

Sorry, but we currently cannot offer fresh fruit and vegetables or chilled and frozen items for Click and Collect, but you are welcome to purchase these items separately in our stores when you come to collect anything else you might have ordered.

Real Foods’ Click and Collect service is great for customers who wish to pick up their goods in either of our Edinburgh stores without having to find the products they need and waiting to have their shopping put through the till points. It’s also popular for bulk and wholesale items, allowing you to pick them up at a time that suits you. Our Tollcross store is open until 8 pm weekdays and our Broughton Street store is open until 9 pm.
