Made to a recipe that Real Foods have been using for decades, this really is a Rolls Royce of a muesli. The great advantage that it has over many other muesli brands (apart from not being packed in plastic) is that it is naturally sweetened with the dried fruit so contains no added sugar.
A bowl of muesli is a good way to start your day, full of protein, fibre, vitamins minerals and a host of other nutrients it will be move slowly through the digestive tract giving a slow release of energy that will keep you going until lunchtime. With no added sugar you are less likely to experience the 'sugar rush' that is so often followed all too quickly by the 'sugar slump'.
Muesli can be eaten straight from the packet or can be soaked overnight in your favourite milk (nut-based milk alternatives are great) if you prefer a softer texture. You could also use hot milk on a cold day if you wanted something warmer to kick start the day.

Cellulose Plastic Free packaging is biodegradable, simply scrunch up to create air pockets and add to your home compost. It will take around 1-2 months to biodegrade. Or it can be added to general waste, it will break down into vegetable matter.
