What are Black Radishes good for?
Black Radishes can be enjoyed raw or cooked in a variety of different ways. You can sauté and braise them to serve as a vegetable side dish, cook like a turnip and smother in cream or butter, or even dice them to add to soups, stir-fries and stews to add a radishy bite!
How should you store Black Radishes?
They have excellent keeping qualities. They become mellower with age and if you store them properly they can last upwards of 2 months. The ideal way to store them is to place in a bag and store in the refrigerator crisper.
