One cup of cooked lentils only contains about 230 calories, but still leaves you feeling full and satisfied. Lentils are packed full of fibre and nutrients but contain virtually no fat.
Can babies eat red le ntils?
They're usually introduced into children's diets around 8-10 months, they have a fair amount of protein and may cause an upset stomach if too many are eaten too quickly, so introduce small amounts to start with.
