Flour (Wheat Flour, Wheat Gluten with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin); Processing Aids: Calcium Sulphate, Fungal Alpha Amylase.

About Extra Strong White Flour

Extra Strong Unbleached White Flour (wheat) for baking, particularly bread.

These Extra Strong White Flour are available in a range of sizes, all packed in Plastic Free packaging. We use plant-based cellulose bags for these products. Cellulose Plastic Free packaging is biodegradable, simply scrunch up to create air pockets and add to your home compost. It will take around 1-2 months to biodegrade. Or it can be added to general waste, it will break down into vegetable matter.

I love the fact that I don't have to buy large amounts of this strong flour. It means that I can be sure that when I do want to bake bread I can have fresh flour rahter than flour that might be a couple of month old (I don't make bread that often!)
