Dates come from the date palm and are naturally sweet, sticky and delicious. Free Flow means that they are unpressed and they contain a small amount of vegetable oil to help prevent clumping.
In many countries dates are added to salads, couscous dishes, curries and used in baked desserts and confections.
Generally speaking, our customers have found that these dates are most suitable for cooking and baking. The organic ones are better for snacking on (more uniform in size).
