Chilli peppers are indigenous to the New World. Native cuisine used them to add heat and flavour to food. European explorers (who called pretty much every new spice "pepper") spread chillies to Europe and Asia, where they were soon integrated into many ethnic cuisines.
Essential in many Mexican dishes they are also a good accompaniment to many tomato dishes.

Cellulose Plastic Free packaging is biodegradable, simply scrunch up to create air pockets and add to your home compost. It will take around 1-2 months to biodegrade. Or it can be added to general waste, it will break down into vegetable matter.
